This Texas TEA Approved Course is the Answer

Class Purpose
Most drivers take this Texas defensive driving course to remove points associated with a traffic citation. This defensive driving course will keep the violation from your driving record and keeps your insurance rates from going up.
Your Texas License
Once you complete the defensive driving course, our office will mail you a Certificate of Completion to give to the court for compliance. An extra certificate is included for you or your insurance company too.
It's Your Choice
A Defensive Driving or Driver Safety Course may be taken once every 12 months for ticket dismissal and may even qualify you for insurance discounts. Contact your insurance agent for details.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY CERTIFICATE AND CREDIT FOR THE COURSE?

Your certificate of completion is normally processed within 48-72 hours after successfully passing the final exam. Rush processing is available if you need it for an additional fee. Your certificate is sent to you via regular mail at no extra charge. If you require faster delivery, you can upgrade shipping via FedEx and get you certificate the very next day if you complete the course by 2 pm Central Time. Tracking is made available to you on your control panel.

DO I HAVE TO TAKE THE ENTIRE COURSE AT ONCE?

Not unless you want to. One of the key benefits of our online defensive driving course is the flexibility you'll have in fitting the course into your schedule. Our course is designed so you can start and stop as often as you like and study only when you have the time. You can even do one lesson at a time if you prefer. And since it's 100% online, the course is always available 24/7.

HOW LONG DOES THE ENTIRE COURSE TAKE?

It's really up to you. Generally, it should take you no longer to finish our course than it would if you took a traditional in-class Texas defensive driving program, which is 360 minutes. You may work at your own pace and log on and off at anytime.

WHY AM I BEING TOLD TO COMPLETE AN AFFIDAVIT OF IDENTITY?

The State of Texas requires that each student's identification be validated by a third party in order to participate in our program. This validation process is easy and automatically done during your registration. If your identification cannot be successfully verified by our registration process, you will need to submit a notarized affidavit for us in order to satisfy the State of Texas requirement for ID validation. The affidavit needs to be received by our office before a driving safety course certificate of completion can be issued. You may print out a blank affidavit by clicking here. Many students find notary and fax services at their local bank.
